Accumulator bonuses, which pay every week rather than once

A welcome offer pays once. A multiple bonus pays on every qualifying slip you win for as long as you hold the account, which is why the books with no signup offer are not the weak ones.

What each book publishes

Quoted as the record carries it. A ladder that reaches a very large percentage does so at a leg count almost nobody plays, and the honest way to show that is to print the ladder rather than its top rung.

Where a ladder actually pays

Two things decide whether one of these is worth building a slip around, and neither is the headline percentage. The first is the minimum price per leg, because a ladder that needs every selection at a certain price or longer is a ladder that needs you to take worse bets. The second is the book's own margin, which is applied to every leg you add: a multiple compounds the margin as well as the odds.

That second point is why this site prints margins beside everything else. The margin table, with the basis for each figure.

About multiple bonuses

What is an accumulator bonus?
A percentage added to the return on a winning multiple, rising with the number of selections. Unlike a welcome offer it applies to every qualifying slip you place rather than to your first deposit.
Is it better than a welcome bonus?
Over a season it is usually the larger number, which is why four books in this market compete on it and offer nothing at all for signing up. It is also conditional on winning the multiple, which a deposit match is not, so the two are not the same kind of thing.
Why does this page not rank them?
Because the ladders are published in different shapes: a percentage at a leg count, a percentage on total winnings, a percentage on net winnings, a multiple of the stake returned when one leg fails. Turning four incompatible structures into one league table would be inventing the comparison.
